Stress Itu Pembunuh!?

Huh! Takutnya.

Bagaimana anda mengenalpasti bahawa diri anda sedang stress?

kalau angah,
tiba-tiba angah rasa sakit di belakang leher dan sekitar bahu, mula-mula dulu ingat salah bantal waktu tidur, setelah ke klinik, angah diberitahu oleh doktor kemungkinan angah stress.

Aduhai...apa la sangat yang menjadi penyebab angah stress?

lagi satu yang angah perasan, kalau pergi office, angah jadi tak tahu nak buat apa, rasa kosong padahal banyak kerja, tapi angah boleh termenung dalam masa yang agak lama, tanpa berbuat apa-apa...hilang fokus gitu..

Also, if you have chest pain, especially if it occurs during physical activity or is accompanied by shortness of breath, sweating, dizziness, nausea, or pain radiating into your shoulder and arm, get emergency help immediately. These may be warning of a heart attack and not simply stress symptoms.
